We still vividly remember that distant April day in 1956 when our dream of running a hotel ‘the Maraldi way’ came true.

Today, as then, after more than half a century in business, this approach to the hotel trade remains a way of life for us, and the pleasure of satisfying our customers’ expectations has become, from generation to generation, a “value” that we proudly pass on.
